Our Chef offers a different set menu every day using fresh seasonal produce, where vegetables, herbes de Provence and pressed olive oil are combined for your dining pleasure.
You will be served either in the shade of an umbrella pine that is over one hundred years old, lulled by the hum of the cicadas, or in the winter in our vaulted dining room in a 17th-century olive mill, by the fireside and the crackling of logs.
Our restaurant is open every night from 1 May to 31 October.
Open on Friday and Saturday nights from 1 November to 3 December
From wednesday to Saturday evening from 4 December to 30 April
